| At its meeting last week, the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission took an historic first step to protect menhaden by voting to send out for public comment a full range of management options to help menhaden recover to higher abundance levels. Thanks to all who submitted comments! Our supporters generated 2,423 letters to the Commission. A final decision is expected in November.
